Slow Down and Remind Ourselves
A deep breath, a letting go of what we are occupied with,
followed by an effort of inner focus…
Looking deep into ourselves to see what the goings on are, we begin our work...
What thoughts have been thought, what is in our emotional
background, how are we vibrating and feeling?
A particular “I” appears to our observation. Then alert to catch it and an effort to understand it and question it.
Then to repeat the whole process as often as we can and a prayer to the inner
Being to set the day for us and for help so that we can fulfill our day’s lot – ‘our daily
bread’.
