Yearnings
We often like to be in special places. I am certainly one of
those people that likes to walk to places around the city that I feel are a little
different or special in their quality of surroundings, activities and vibration
or ambience. Even we can pine sometimes to be able to visit those places.
Sometimes waiting all day to finish work and then to finish
Gnosis classes and then on the way home stop by at one of these places and just
be there, sit down, relax, walk a little, be aware, be alert, remember the
Being within etc.
After a while though what I realised is that that secret
yearning deep down that wants to find enchantment, that yearns to be enveloped in
something magical, that yearns ‘to be’ amongst something other than the mundane
everyday routine can not really be made real by being in these special places.
After a while you can have visited so many special places
and then after it all we are the same…
Heart Temple
The only way it can be fulfilled is by being more in our
Being, going to our inner Being, ultimately going to our inner heart temple,
and that is really our special place.
To do this we need to employ our inner senses, which are
imagination and the inner transference of our consciousness which is the
internal equivalent of physically walking. Imagination, will and consciousness are
the keys to do this, to travel to and enter our heart temple.
