Day Action Cards Read Every Morning – (2532)

It is also of some help to write down on a card or a small bit of paper the things that you want to work on during the day.

Read it in the morning and then read it once again at lunch then again at dinner.


From first thing in the morning read your tasks, remember them and work on them. For example, the task of self-observation, being in the moment, working on particular ego etc.
