As in the Physical so in the Internal
If we are not organised physically we run late, get stressed,
get confused, waste time, are very inefficient, misplace things, lose track of
what we are doing, lose control over things and repeat things.
As we organise our physical life by planning what we are
going to do, we need to be just as organised in our internal world. That is, be
very clear about everything. Even what we know and what we don’t know.
The more we have voluntarily decided upon things amongst our
thoughts and emotions, the more organised we can be. Also, the more defined we
are.
One way to organise our interior is through the
physiological work. Which entails removing many contradictions and therefore
confused and clarity.
Another way to organise our interior is to find out what we clearly
and really want and then organise our thoughts and emotions around that which
we really want.
End (1977).
