Easy
Start lifting some weights or do chin-ups (pull-ups) or
push- ups or go for a swim in the ocean and entertain a lustful thought…
Then Watch
Then watch yourself suddenly weaken, and almost: drop the
weights on your toes, slip off chin- up bar, and start floundering in the water
etc. etc.
The reason why this works is because when one is in any of these given situations mentioned above, one is very vulnerable and weak, and so the debilitating effects of lust on one's body and vitality are easily seen. When lust normally manifests we are physically passive and so the effects it has on our body and vitality are not as noticeable, and even for the most part, are ignored.
