Have as a goal everyday to free a particle of your essence.
Do this by asking the Divine Mother in you to hit a
particular ego you are working on with her fiery lance, and chant intently the
mantra KRIM.
Another way is to be very alert and catch many thoughts, question
them, turn them inside out to reveal their truth and then with the help of the
Divine Mother ask her to hit the ego that those thoughts belong to.
We need more essence. Essence is useful for everything in
us. Our inner Being needs that we have more essence. Because it is through the
free essence that it can manifest and help us. It is through our essence that
we our Being has space to move in us. The less essence we have the more restricted
and limited is our inner Real Being.
