Whiten the Waters
The key to whiten the waters is to transmute and while transmuting focus, concentrate and respect the Being within, then yearn to be closer to the Being within, to be closer to Its light, to Its peace, to participate in It, to be with It, and to forward Its Realisation...
Then that is really not complete, one will feel naturally like praying and then like loving the Real Being, and doing that integrates the sexual energy that you are transmuting, into all of you and into your Being.
Such a thing can make our transmutation an integrating, completing, holistic Being like experience and action.
