There are seven types of energy: energy of the physical body, energy of vitality or the vital body, energy of the emotions or the astral body, mental energy, energy of the will, energy of the consciousness and energy of the spirit. The eighth type of energy as an energy all to itself, is the consciousness itself.

The problem in us is that the consciousness is covered by the personality, the mind and the ego.

It is difficult to see events with the consciousness. Concepts, feelings, ideas etc. cloud the consciousness.
