Consciousness Is

Consciousness is the origin of everything. It is even the origin of all the thoughts and feelings etc.

It is what animates us. It is what gives us life.

We to wake up the consciousness we need energy. Energy is close to consciousness.

We must manage our energy as if it were an account.

We have to manage it with balance. That is to keep it above zero in saving mode, even though to live we have to spend energy, but the key is not to over spend but to spend wisely.

Identification

Every time we get identified we lose energy of the consciousness.

We need to increase the capacity of our consciousness; with an increased capacity more energy and light can be stored in it.

The bigger the essence the more light and force it has in it. The consciousness has in it love, light, wisdom, force.

We really must expand our consciousness at the expense of course of the ego. We must then die in the egos to free the taped essence and then exercise the free essence to awaken it. The more we exercise it the stronger and more forceful the free essence becomes!
