Everything we are doing is about exchanging values. Nothing is for free everything, works on an exchange.

In any exchange, we are awarded according to the high quality of the values exchanged. Each and every exchange is ruled over by justice.

So the higher the value or the greater the quality of value that we exchange or trade the greater the return.

We think that we should make money trading poor values, meaning the unspoken goal is to get the most from giving the least. Then no wonder why things are not working out or paying off in our life.

If we always give high quality values form ourselves, that is putting high quality time, energy and attention we will receive the most in return. We will receive a gain on our invest of the high quality values we put in.

In other words we will gain the most internally from it. More satisfying and more fulfilling, and more inner growth.

We also think that things in spirituality should be for free but that is not how things work at all. Just like life, nothing is for free, even in the world of the spirit.

The is no free lunches in the spiritual work. We are not given to in the spirit because we have nice hair or we don't have much or our mum was abusive while we were a kid. We receive based on our merit which comes form the conscious efforts we make in our inner work. Nothing is for free!

Introduction There are some movies that leave you with some pieces of advice that at point or another in your life or in the lives of others prove useful. This movie: “Kingdom of Heaven” was terrible to watch (too many battle scenes and people dying) but offered some very useful messages.
