That's one reason to work on negativity.
Negativity slows down our processes and even produces huge inertia and in-action where there needs to be action.
It has a freezing effect.
Positivity on the other hand is very mobile and fluid. It moves and
The work on negativity is also slow.
It all starts with not letting it in and not permitting what's already there to go on for long.
Close the doors and give no air time.
Then later go to the roots of it. Which is slow, takes time and is deep intricate work.
The discovery of the roots and then doing the opposite is a long work, and most of the time it is easier to just start by doing the opposite and as we strengthen ourselves in that we discover the roots.
The best way of doing the opposite is by thinking and speaking positive about whatever!
Often the roots are based in a lack of trust in the opposite to negativity, and the lightness and non-grasp ability of the opposite makes the opposite a bit more out of reach. The negative always appears much more concrete.
