Introduction
Here is a really very interesting excerpt from Master Samael
where he talks about what wisdom is, and how it is acquired and how it protects
the essence.
Excerpt from Master Samael (El Qunito Evangelio, page 60)
“If you want the bread
of wisdom you have to go comprehending each one of the undesirable elements
that are going to be disintegrated by the measure that we comprehend them, there we
go acquiring sapience. When one dissolves the totality of the ego, the essence
that has been liberated remains innocent but with wisdom, sapience, the sapience
that protects because it permits us to know not only the good and the bad but
the bad of the good and the good of the bad.”
Commentary
Just to summarise, wisdom results from dissolving the ego
and wisdom protects the free essence because a quality of wisdom Master Samael
says is that it can see the good and the bad in everything.
We can infer that to see duality in everything means to start to be wise or come inline with the wisdom that is in our essence and consciousness.
