Some More Retreat Notes - (1048)

Introduction (5 Note Sections)

I have already posted many notes taken from this retreat that took place not too far out from NYC. This retreat was held in Spanish.

Main hall where the retreat took place

Death of the 'I" is Repolarisation (1/5)

The death of the "I" is processed in  five steps which are 1.) Observation 2.) Separation 3.) Comprehension 4.) Repentance and 5.) Elimination.

The most interesting step is number 4.), where the trapped essence actually decides to die, when it finally understands it has been wrong and its function is now made redundant.

That is the real magical point where it decides to die and a repolarisation occurs where that essence that was against the Being changes or repolarizes itself to be in favour of the Being.

So the death of the "I" in the end is no more than a re polarization.

Logic of the Ego (2/5)

The logic of the is the reasoning that keep it functioning as it is and it is what justifies its existence and it is also the way it gets what it wants.

We must really find it! No human being does something illogical. Everything that we do has some kind of logic to it.

The problem with us is that we really believe in the logic of the ego.

Urgent Esoteric Procedure (3/5)

When a person has not worked on him or herself enough and the awakening of the Kundalini is due, and there is not enough space in our psyche for this to happen because there are too many egos and they are too strong. The Being then sends the Typhoon Baphomet to create the needed space.

The Typhoon arrives and sends all the egos to the outer darkness to creating that needed space in the psyche of the person.

Lust is there to Make us Feel Alive (4/5)

Lust wants us to feel alive! It manages our vitality so to make us feel that we are alive and can enjoy life!

There are many other spiritual experiences and forces within us that allow us to know that we are alive and feel alive!

However, lust uses the inferior parts of the Sephirotic tree which is the physical and vital bodies.

The spirit is definitely more alive than matter. In the spirit or in the Being and the consciousness we really feel alive. Lust tries to produce that feeling and paradoxically it is the very same thing that more than anything else takes that alive feeling away from us.

Three Aspects of Pride (5/5)

Three important aspects of pride are: to be to have and to possess.

Pride is strongest in the aspect of the 'to be' because it is more about being superior to our others.
The mystical person with lots of mystical pride is worse than someone with intellectual pride, because the person with mystical pride feels that he or she are more in the values of the Being. So the mystically proud person feels superior to the intellectual person who just has intellect.

It is interesting to look at this aspect when we are working on Pride.

End (1048).
