Doing the Opposite
We just have to do the opposite of the ego and that action
and effort will give us the teaching, the instruction and didactic of how best
to die in that ego. The conscious and intelligent use of our will, will take us
to comprehension.
Try not to Delay Action or Will
We often delay this part spending much more time than
necessary trying to reach comprehension, mean while being lenient with the ego
we actually strengthen it, making its comprehension much more elusive and
difficult to obtain.
Any action that we take is of some help. Even going for a
walk when the ego is strong in us helps us to displace it.
