Useless Emotional Efforts – (1377)

When in Disorder

Use the mind when the emotion is in disarray, use the emotion when the mind is in disorder.

Deviating from Reality Harms the Brain!

When we deviate from reality or go into fantasy we actually are making an effort to change our brain to accept something that is not real. Our will wants to create that fantasy and forces our brain to accept it.

A useless emotional effort is fantasising. Fantasy often involves substantially powerful emotions. When we deviate from reality we are actually are making within our system useless emotional efforts.

Which cup is the ball under? Useless cups, a bit like useless emotional efforts that we make.

Useless Emotional Efforts

An emotional useless effort is when we lack the capacity or power to bring a desire into reality!
When we have that power or capacity to make desires reality, any effort made in relation to that is not a useless, emotional effort.

End (1377).
